Founder & CEO
Joe is a passionate and experienced cyber security executive with over 20 years of cyber security experience. As the CEO and CTO at CyFlare, Joe is charged with building out the CyFlare ONE platform, delivering a world-class SOC operations framework, and advancing commercial efforts through CyFlare’s revamped Channel Partner Program and strategic alliances.
Prior to CyFlare, Joe has started several successful businesses and held various leadership positions for professional services, pre-sales engineering, technical support, channel programs, global alliances, and partner enablement. Joe has primarily worked for Silicon Valley-based companies such as SurfControl, Websense, Zscaler, Forcepoint, Barracuda Networks, and Comodo.
Co-CEO
Akash serves as the Co-CEO of CyFlare, providing strategic, operational, and financial oversight. His passion is to translate the technology of cybersecurity into an easy-to-consume service offering for customers: cybersecurity made simple. Prior to CyFlare, Akash built two SaaS companies —the first being an Electronic Health Record company and the second a Customer Engagement as a Service Platform.
As the primary buyer of cybersecurity services at his previous company, Akash brings a unique end-user perspective to CyFlare. Akash also has a love for everything Irish. His ideal dream trip is an Ireland pilgrimage featuring Guinness, golf, and U2.
Director, PMO
Jim is a career executive spending the majority of his time at Xerox responsible for global IT infrastructure, Xerox.com, and a number of other various roles. Jim brings extensive experience working with complex problems, cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and everyday business problems. Jim is charged with enriching each and every process within CyFlare and ensuring the company remains lean, highly efficient, and continues to over-deliver on customer expectations.
General Manager, CyFlare International
David is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience in networking and cybersecurity, including sales management, go-to-market strategy; revenue growth and retention; and business operations. He held various sales and pre-sales engineering leadership positions at Appaegis, Preempt Security, Stellar Cyber, Barracuda Networks, Montego Networks, Bluesocket, and NetScreen, where he had two successful exits.
Sr. Director, Systems Engineering
Scott has over 30 years of experience working with some of the largest security vendors in technical roles primarily related to Systems Engineering. Scott brings extensive technical expertise along with decades of leadership experience.
Scott has multiple duties at CyFlare including Pre & Post sales engineering as well as building the internal technical operations department to support ongoing systems monitoring and client request fulfillment on the many systems CyFlare supports.
Chief Financial Officer
Chirag (“Chi”) is an experienced technology entrepreneur and operator currently focused on scaling SaaS and tech-enabled companies in the education and cyber sectors. As the founding partner of a management consultancy, he also serves in executive positions as growth and financial advisor to several companies.
Director, Channel Sales
Todd has been an asset to the CyFlare Partner Development program for the last 3 years. He has worked diligently in cultivating and streamlining our partner program and relationships. Whether it be reaching out to partners to ensure their needs are met or coming up with new, innovative processes to allow the partner program to be as effortless as possible, Todd has helped our team in stressing the importance of cyber security in today’s ever-growing IT industries.
Head of Customer Success
Lauren, a computer science graduate, has many years in sales and customer service roles. Lauren is a strong customer advocate and is responsible for building and managing an exception customer success team. She is responsible for ensuring deployments are smooth, incidents are managed properly and regularly scheduled touchpoints occur with high value and integrity in the findings.
Consulting Systems Engineer
Maneesh is an enthusiastic and innovative technical leader. Maneesh graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with his Master’s degree. He is currently charged with coordinating the integration of all CyFlare solutions with the core SOAR platform and leads architecture for the new ONE platform.
Director of Marketing
Brittany brings over a decade of marketing experience from various verticals specializing in coordinating field events, messaging, and marketing program management. Brittany is responsible for building a marketing program at CyFlare that solidifies the CyFlare Brand and generates quality opportunities for our channel partners. She is additionally an essential resource for generating content and training for our channel partners and subscribers.
Systems Engineer
Paul joined the Cyflare team in July 2019 as a SOC analyst and it quickly became apparent he is a mission-minded and client-oriented resource that does whatever it takes to deliver every time. Paul services as the primary escalation point in the SOC for in-depth investigation and triage and solution deployments. Paul has become an integral connection internally as he assists in breaking the barrier typically found among different departments.
